Project Overview

North of Hamilton on US 93 South – This federal and state funded project encompasses widening the road between mile markers 49.0 extending north 7.4 kilometers to milepost 53.7 and constructing a new bridge just north of Hamilton. The project consists of grading, gravel placement, Plantmix application, drainage improvements, landscaping, signing and a 26 meter concrete structure along Hwy 93 beginning at Milepost 49.0 and extending north 7.4 kilometers to Milepost 53.7.

Construction activity will begin the week of March 3rd, 2008 with the bulk of the work being conducted through November, 2008. Some final tasks will be done in the spring of 2009 when the entire project will be completed.

Funding for this project is a combination of federal ($15,353,500) and state (2,372,864) dollars.
